Jewelry Appraisal
We gladly offer appraisal services to each of our customers upon request for a small fee. We have a certified GIA Graduate Gemologist on site who is highly experienced in appraisal work. Depending upon the type of piece or pieces, appraisals may be conducted same day or within two to three days.
Jewelry Cleaning
When wearing fine jewelry, it is important to not only store it properly but also to keep it regularly cleaned. Over time, each piece can pick up trace amounts of dirt, dust and oil. This will not only dull the finish, but also slowly cause a setting to loosen. We offer onsite cleaning and steaming by utilizing one of the best ultrasonic cleaners on the market. We encourage all of our customers to bring in their Avani Rupa jewelry so that we may continue to keep their pieces in exquisite condition.
Jewelry Design
We are known for our custom jewelry design work. We can work with almost any budget and have the ability to create a piece from scratch or by incorporating sentimental family stones. We begin the custom design process by simply spending time with our customers – getting to know them, what their preferences are, what speaks to them. From then on what ensues is an adventure – bubbly conversations, followed by meticulous drawings, to the sourcing of the right stones and metals, and then finally to the presentation of the finished piece. Which, when complete, showcases its own unique personality and flair, just like that of our customers.

No matter how careful you can be, sometimes you have a piece of fine jewelry that needs a small repair. We have a dedicated team that specializes in all kinds of jewelry repair such as:

Engraving
Want to add an extra dose of sentiment to your fine jewelry piece? From inscribing graduation dates to wedding dates and everything else in between, we are highly skilled at crafting just that perfect message or design for your piece.
Ring Sizing
Something that sounds so simple is sometimes overlooked! We encourage our customers to allow us to measure and record their ring size when they visit us. Having a properly sized ring avoids the weakening of prongs, stones and cracks in the metal over time.
Gift Wrapping
Complimentary gift wrapping is available upon request with every purchase. We delight in not only offering our customers the finest pieces of one-of-a-kind jewelry, but also take pride in putting together a beautifully wrapped gift, perfect for presenting to that special someone.
Shipping
We are pleased to ship your purchase anywhere within the USA for a flat charge of $25.00. Each shipped package is 100% insured by Avani Rupa Fine Jewelers so that you can rest assured that your purchase is secure.
All shipments are handled through USPS Priority Express Mail. Once shipped, the package will require an adult signature upon delivery. If there is no one present for signature, the shipper will make a 2nd attempt at delivery or you will need to pick up the package from your local post office. Delays in shipping and handling can occur beyond our control. If this does happen, please call or email us and we will gladly attempt to resolve your situation as soon as possible.
